Adam has over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and over 20 years in the REO field. He opened "South Jersey REO," an exclusive REO office, in May of 2003. Adam oversees his professional staff and continues to run the office with all of the latest software upgrades, present Client requirements, and updated forms. He is a current member of REOMAC and actively attends conferences nationwide. Sharon Palmisciano Sharon has worked in the Real Estate Industry for approximately 20 years, starting as a Real Estate Office Manager, Personal Assistant, and presently a Licensed N.J. Realtor, REO Office Manager, and Partner of "South Jersey REO." Her business degree and knowledge of real estate, both conventional and REO, has provided her with the wisdom and personality to relate to the general public and Corporate Clients in fulfilling their every satisfaction. She may be contacted to answer any office questions, i.e. sales, billing, BPOs, current listings and maintenance, etc. Angie is familiar with all aspects of listing to closing real estate files. She is responsible for post-foreclosure proceedings, evictions and cash-for-keys, Monthly Status Reports, BPOs, and works directly with co-op realtors to ensure closings are on schedule and all deadlines are met. Her multi-tasking skills play an important role in our company's organization. Tara Hoffner Tara is responsible for listing maintenance and works directly with utility companies, local municipal authorities, code enforcement and construction offices, Clients' vendors, and Condominium and Homeowner Associations. She works with our co-op realtors to coordinate all inspections and certifications needed for closing. She is also responsible for marketing our listings via e-mail flyers that reach over 5,000 Agents, Brokers, Buyers and Investors. Terry Fisher Terry has been a licensed N.J. Realtor for over 15 years. Previously, she worked for the Farmer's Home Administration now known as USDA Rural Development and is well-versed in their direct loan process. This program will allow repairs to the dwelling after closing and is a loan to the borrower. She holds a Bachelors from The Richard Stockton College of NJ in Computer Science and Information Systems. She also holds a minor in Business Administration as well as Accounting & Finance. She previously worked for a Senior Partner of a Law Firm specializing in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law.
