Tara is responsible for all real estate files when they go under agreement. She works directly with co-op Agents, Title Companies, Mortgage Lenders, and Attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and properties close on time. She is also responsible for marketing our listings via e-mail flyers that reach over 5,000 Agents, Brokers, Buyers and Investors.

Tiffany’s multi-tasking skills play an important role in our company’s organization. She is responsible for our real estate files from pre-listing to listing the property. Included in her responsibilities are post-foreclosure proceedings, evictions, cash-for-keys, Monthly Status Reports and BPO reports.

Terry Fisher | Sales Associate
Terry has been a licensed N.J. Realtor for over 15 years. Previously, she worked for the Farmer’s Home Administration now known as USDA Rural Development and is well-versed in their direct loan process. This program will allow repairs to the dwelling after closing and is a loan to the borrower. She holds a Bachelors from The Richard Stockton College of NJ in Computer Science and Information Systems. She also holds a minor in Business Administration as well as Accounting & Finance. She previously worked for a Senior Partner of a Law Firm specializing in Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law.
